JUMPS ON THE GO LIABILITY WAIVER

Please review this waiver carefully. Upon delivery of the equipment, you must be available to sign the waiver, prior to any equipment being set-up. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:​

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that the use of the bounce house and inflatable equipment provided by Jumps On The Go involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, and other injuries that may result from the use of the equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house and inflatable equipment.


2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being allowed to use the bounce house and inflatable equipment, I, on behalf of myself, my family, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Jumps On The Go and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising from or related to the use of the bounce house and inflatable equipment.


3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jumps On The Go and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to my use of the bounce house and inflatable equipment.


4. Supervision: I understand and acknowledge that adult supervision is required at all times while using the bounce house and inflatable equipment. I agree to ensure that proper supervision is provided, and I will be responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from inadequate supervision.


5. Equipment Care: I agree to use the bounce house and inflatable equipment in a careful and responsible manner. I will follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Jumps On The GO. I will not engage in any reckless or dangerous behavior while using the equipment.


6. Agreement Binding: I understand and acknowledge that this waiver is binding upon me, my family, my heirs, and assigns. I have read this waiver carefully, and I understand its terms and conditions. I voluntarily sign this waiver, knowing that it affects my legal rights.
